Syntax in utils.R?

hello,

our CI is failing installing the latest github version of escape. it's failing to install escape due to syntax issues here:

escape/R/utils.R

Line 101 in c0035ee

labs(**setNames(list(color.by), type))

I believe the two instances of "**setNames". Is this a bug?
