ILI9341 color swap

I made a custom board with an esp32 s2 and an ILI9341 display specifically the HS28QI084RX and i'm having some problems with colors blue and green seem to be swapped, red is purple and yellow is white mixed with some lines of blue. the display is in 8bit parallel mode. I'm using the TFT_graphicstest_one_lib example from the 320x240 section. I have tried several other driver settings and color swaps

i forgot to add that the displayed green is actually yellow
