Navigation and Scroll Issues

1. I noticed an issue with the ‘Join the Next Cohort’ button. After clicking it once and navigating back to the homepage, the button stops responding when clicked again. It only starts working again after refreshing the page. This might be a state or routing issue that needs to be fixed to ensure a smoother user experience.
2. I noticed that when you complete a step in the progress form and click ‘Next,’ the new section doesn’t automatically scroll to the top. Instead, it starts from the bottom of the page, and you have to manually scroll up to see the beginning of the next section. It would be a better user experience if each new step automatically started at the top of the form.
