In the 'replay.attribute.events' file, it seems any Hero beyond level 20 is just recorded as '1' or '2'
Adjusted hero levels post-patch HotS 2.0 do show the updated numbers properly - there is just some kind of issue with heroes beyond level 20

Looks like somewhere mid-May this got partially fixed - Hero levels above level 20 show as level 20, instead of '1' or '2'
This does help a lot, but it would still be great if we could have the full Hero level in the replay file somewhere, even beyond 20

The issue is being tracked per this reddit thread. Will leave the GitHub issue open until the fix is live.
