Bicubic's performance has been significantly improved. CatmullRom no longer has a significant performance advantage, and v0.10 will remove this effect.

Is it really needed to remove the effect? Can't it just be kept for the people who to use it over Bicubic for X or Y reason? 😕

CatmullRom == Bicubic(B=0 C=0.5). To see wiki for more info.
Most traditional algorithms are just the variants of bicubic&spline. And we already support to modify the bicubic's sub-param. There is no need to create the dup effects.

Someone liked B=C=1/3 and then re-named bicubic to his name mitchell. So did some of those variants.
