Snowball 3.0.1 replaced the Porter Dutch stemmer with a Porter and Kraaij-Pohlmann hybrid. We need to add this new Dutch stemmer to be compatible with the 3.0.1 standard.
Our existing Dutch stemmer can be left in for completeness (named to Porter explicitly).
