Discord move & design review updates (#518)

Replaced all Slack references and links with Discord ones. Except for links to specific conversations, and the domains doc, which seems a bit like a contract which I'll treat separately.

Also renamed the design crits back to design reviews, since I have taken that process over again a few months ago and find that title simpler.
