Disconnected from the server when trying to preform DEA analysis

Hi,

I have a problem with preforming DEA analysis on TCGAbiolinksGUI. Whenever I try to preform a DEA analysis for Summarized Experiment for TCGA-LIHC dataset, I instantly receive the note: "Disconnected from the server." and the site crashes.

Does anyone have any idea why is this problem occuring? Or does anyone have any solution?

This is happening for myself also. I got the DEA analysis to run but then any other analysis would cause the program to crash. I tried everything by using Docker and although everything seemed to run a bit quicker, now the DEA analysis would not go through. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
