It would be nice if, during your work on the docs, you wrote a list of all the packages that could use some work

I'll create a new issue attached to the project board. For now, I will include EVERY project within the BioJulia organization if possible, and as we progress forward we can debate whether we keep or remove each one depending on their use case.
