IOT-Pentesting

Approach Methodology

  1. Network
  2. Web (Front & Backend and Web services)
  3. Mobile App (Android & iOS)
  4. Wireless Connectivity (Zigbee , WiFi , Bluetooth , etc)
  5. Firmware Pentesting (OS of IoT Devices)
  6. Hardware Hacking & Fault Injections & SCA Attacks
  7. Storage Medium
  8. I/O Ports

I've mainly focused on the network level pentesting (Basic ports & Vulnerability scanner )

Apache : Start your Apache server to check your local machine

  1. sudo service apache2 start
  2. sudo service apache2 status

Now, Go run the Python file for Port Scanning

##Requirements

  1. pip
  2. pyfiglet library

#if you don't have pip installed

1)sudo apt install python-pip

2)sudo apt install python3-pip

  1. pip3 install pyfiglet

Usage

python3 Port_Scanner.py
