使用的是官方版本（未替换及修改过安装目录程序文件）

🐛 描述

网络检测的DNS检测没有连接超时处理

📷 复现步骤

DNS写Google的ip：172.217.12.110或者Dnspod的182.254.116.116
查询www.steamcommunity.com，前者会因为根本没提供dns服务或者无法连接而卡住，而后者会因为不提供www.steamcommunity.com的解析结果而一直没有答复
