Rewrite SSH

The SSH chapter needs a major update.

OpenSSH:

• Upgrade to the latest version.
• Are recomendations for the options valid?

Cisco:

• Upgrade

Windows:
Windows 10 offers the possibility to install openssh. This is an interesting option for Powershell administration.
