Update real-time monitoring tab

The real-time monitoring plots have not been updating regularly. Jacob suggested reaching out to Donnie for assistance with maintaing the real-time monitoring plots since he produces observation space diagnostics plots.

Observation space diagnostic plots for the EnKF and surface pressure tendency plots from Donnie have been added to the real-time monitoring page and are being regularly updated.

Histograms of surface data and obs space diag plots for the control analysis (EnVar minimzation) will also be added.

Donnie is willing to generate obs space diag plots for the control analysis (EnVar minimization) and will work on that soon.
