Error: Can push branch to create PR for missing lib directory

PROBLEM:

lib directory is missing from ~/.claude as it is not copied over, but its imported by the scripts/context-cmd.js so it errors out.

The README.md needs to be updated on the manual & uninstall instructions to include this.

I have a branch with all the changes.
