Configure TYPO3 stuff from symfony config #21
Description
Instead of using LocalConfiguration and AdditionalConfiguration variants and dumping a frozen state of TYPO3_CONF_VARS into the container it should be vice versa.
Most of the TYPO3 configuration aspects should be configured via symfony semantic configuration.
