respec mod makes level up impossible

all mods are fully updated...but mod manager crashes when I open respec mod (becomes black) all level ups freeze the game (alt+f4) all respec windows from hilor show the current level e.g. 5/5 and window cannot be closed...game needs to be terminated (alt+f4)..only uninstall of the mod solves the problem..even after the newest update...issue started around a week ago...mods are toybox modded achievements, AC, modemu, the obepearl, visual adjustments 2, wrath patches...and no I cannot disable remove those mods as then my saves cannot be loaded anymore

after the update..it still breaks the game...at least inevitable access cannot be started if you want to create a new char..which means that the lvl up window is still broken
