Determine whether OPFAB is able to query directly from ELK

Need to determine whether OPFAB is able to query directly from Elastic, in order to retrieve and store internally the most up-to-date input data (for manual card creation)

If direct query from Elastic is not possible, an additional worker will be needed to upload business data (inputs) to OPFAB

Separate worker for RAS externally (application that is tied to elastic storage and can generate cards from dropdown lists there and send to OPFAB) also possible, but less convenient in the long run
