Add option to verify generation for baltic power plants:

Estonian PP, Baltic PP, Auvere PP, Kiisa, RTEC2, RTEC1, Kruonio HPSP, Elektrinai PP. (Stations where generation is 100MW+)

example:

• UMM Installed capacity can be found at CNE and Contingecy list.
• UMM available should be taken from UMM platform
• If ther is no UMM then full generation (Installed) should be shown in available field.
• Add data from RMM for the specific generation unit.
