[Bug]: Sync setting from Darkly (system pkg) to Darkly (flatpak)

Describe the bug

I managed to install Darkly for both Qt 6.9 and 6.10, but the theme does not follow the settings chosen for Darkly at the system level (button corners, transparency, etc.).

The theme is much better than Kvantum, but Kvantum often performs better with Flatpak in these areas.

Material You (but it is independent of the color scheme; tests were also performed with Breeze and Breeze Dark)

Until there's a better solution, you can edit the defaults inside ./kstyle/darkly.kcfg and compile with that
