[Feature Request] Follow accent color on Windows decorations

it would be nice if we could have the window decorations transparent or opaque to follow the accent colors of your system and have colored title bars with this as a toggle option. in darkly settings as a feature I think this would give the window decoration more customization but I would also like to hear thoughts on the other end of this

With the feature-lim branch the source code of the window decorations should mostly just be breeze with a nice outline and bigger buttons on the lim, I plan to make that work first, after that it might be a feature worth adding

At the pesent, Plasma already lets users to make titlebar background follow the accent color by clicking the Edit button of any color-scheme. So, it seems what's missing is only a titlebar transparency option in Window Decorations component of Darkly, similar to transparency options in Application Style (toolbar, menubar, etc.)
