Blur abscent in a lot of prompts (including authentication prompts)

Describe the bug
A lot of prompts, such as the screen capture prompt or the authentication prompt, lack blur when the main window color has transparency.

I have been playing around with the color scheme to introduce more consistent blur into my system.
