1.4.2 and up ultimate leader not in effect

every other perks that pertains to party size increase seem to be working except for this one.

The fix for the ultimate leader perk was relevant for 1.4.0 and below.
As of 1.4.1, this perk was renamed to Ultimate Leader II but the fix isn't updated. That needs to be done for the next release.

Taleworlds fixed Ultimate Leader as of 1.4.2, but it will require a new save. It seems like the sandbox module isn't upgraded when loading an old save.
