• Elevating this library to the "snirf" package name

  There are a few things I'd like to change about this library before I can consider it THE authoritative SNIRF library. Adding them to this milestone as they come to mind * change library alias to `"snirf"` * Implement a copy operation for `Snirf` objects. Currently there is no automatic copy. * Convert validation output to JSON, provide serial interface * Provide interfaces to more sophisticated h5py features
