Align the Variants Dashboard search font with the rest of the platform

Issue description

The search input in the Variants Dashboard uses a different font from the rest of the platform, creating a minor visual inconsistency.

This may be related to Plotly’s default styling, but the search component should be reviewed and updated so its typography matches the platform’s design system.
