Let keybinds work in Survival

Hi, I want to play Nightmare mode with all of its extra difficulty settings on, but with the ability to stop time.
But the command /tick reset does not work in Survival mode, and it also does not work in Creative mode.

Fixed keybinds not working in survival (but it only work if cheats are ON)

As for the /tick reset no working, it's pretty weird, could you provide more info on the issue ? Is it when you stop time ?

(Sorry for taking so long to see your issue, i haven't checked this addon repo for a while)
