Changes lost when pressing CTRL+ALT

To reproduce:

1. Open http://shdr.bkcore.com/
2. Write a comment in the code
3. Press Ctrl+Alt
4. Press Ctrl+Alt
5. The comment is no more

Maybe adding @updateShader() at
https://github.com/BKcore/Shdr/blob/master/sources/shdr/App.coffee#L295
would fix this?
