VSCode 0.12.40

Describe the bug
If you start typing virtualNetwork as a resource type, the top option is for something related to System Centre, when I'd expect it to be Microsoft.Network/virtualNetworks

To Reproduce
Type the following and look at the auto complete options

resource vnet virtualnet

Not sure exactly how we would optimize this (other than some sort of ranking algorithm), but I agree with what you are looking for.
