More intelligent initial resource suggestions

When beginning auto completion for a resource type in a resource declaration, it would be nice iv VS Code could use the name I've given the resource to more intelligently show suggestions

Describe the solution you'd like
In the following example I've named the resource containerGroup, when auto completing the resource type it would be nice if Code completion listed Microsoft.ContainerInstance/containerGroups as the first suggestion.
