Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When authoring modules, I'm often setting the location as follows:

location: resourceGroup().location

Describe the solution you'd like
Would it be reasonable to allow location to become optional, with it defaulting to the containing resource group's location if it's not explicitly provided?
