Review Service Bus samples repo

That has a bunch of samples explaining a few different features of Service Bus. We should update the README for each of these samples providing a link to the corresponding T2 sample (where such a sample exists). For features where we don't have corresponding samples, we can consider adding them if they add value.

There are 3 of these samples that we know for sure are linked from docs and so need counterparts that use Azure.Messaging.ServiceBus. Issues have already been logged for these:

Deferral	Snippet	This can be covered by existing snippets. It is just highlighting deferring and then receiving deferred, so a console app seems excessive.

Durable Sender	Stand-alone	.NET only (or at least Windows only as it relies on MSMQ) - would be nice to include T2 version though this is a very advanced scenario.
GeoReplication	NA	this is another ARM example that is SDK agnostic - so not needed
Queue CRUD	Snippet	This creates a queue using the Admin client. We can just use existing snippets for this.
SAS	Stand-alone	This is probably worth having a standalone app as it highlights the scenario of restricting access to a queue by creating an auth rule using the admin client, and then constructing the ServiceBusClient with this auth rule.
Message Browse	Snippet	Just need to highlight the various knobs in the Peek API
PartitionedQueues	Snippet	Just show how to create a partitioned queue and where to set the partitionKey.
Prefetch	Snippet	Just show how to set the PrefetchCount
Priority Subscriptions	Stand-alone	This is more scenario based as it highlights a specific scenario and shows how it can be implemented.
Queues Getting Started	Stand-alone	This just shows how to send and receive from a queue using the processor which is so fundamental to Service Bus that it is worth having the standalone app. It also includes some fancy Console output.
Request/Response	Stand-alone	This is an advanced scenario showing how to simulate a request/response pattern between two queues in separate namespaces. It would be nice to add for T2 though the current example is with T0 (not T1).
Receive Loop	Stand-alone	This is the more advanced analog to the Queues Getting Started as it shows working directly with the receiver.

Senders/Receivers Topic	Snippet	Same as previous but with topics/subscriptions
Session State	Snippet	This is simple enough to show in a snippet
Sessions	Stand-alone	This merits its own standalone app as grouping and ordering messages is one of the primary scenarios of Service Bus.
TimeToLive	Snippet	This is simple enough to show in a snippet
Topic Filters	NA	this is another ARM example that is SDK agnostic - so not needed
Transactions	Stand-alone	Transactional processing is one of the primary Service Bus scenarios.
Basic Send Receive Queue	Snippet	This is more or less a duplicate of Queues Getting Started
Basic Send Receive Topic	Snippet	This is more or less a duplicate of Senders/Receivers Topic
Basic Send Receive Session	Stand-alone	Duplicate of Sessions
