We can use the information here to collect further Windows logs: https://github.com/Azure/aks-engine/blob/master/scripts/collect-windows-logs.ps1

Also for consideration:

https://kubernetes.io/docs/setup/production-environment/windows/intro-windows-in-kubernetes/#networking
Double check that the kubelet cmd checker (or something roughly equivalent) really is not achievable in Windows
If we manage to use client-go for OSM/SMI collectors, we could allow those for Windows
