No

Describe the solution you'd like
As a Saas Accelerator developer,
I would like to be able to use the upgrade script to upgrade my Webapps,
So, I can update my webapps with new CSS styles
So I dont have to use Visual Studio to publish

Describe alternatives you've considered
Visual Studio publish works, but I would like to do the CSS update with VSCode
