enhancements to copyworkspace.ps1

Please copy or allow to copy the permissions to the workspace as well and any schedules created. Basically i want to use this to "convert" even though it copies the workspace from v1 to v2. So I want an identical copy of everything in the workspace.

It would be excellent of the copyWorkspace could target an existing workspace and update matching reports/datasets. That way we can have a base workSpace for tenants and keep synchronising it when we change a base report. This would be a great way to keep MultiTenant workspaces up to date. We would want to keep additional reports/datasets in the target workspace untouched
