Expected Behaviour

The repo should explain that meaningful work must address the requested behaviour, tests, screenshots, accessibility where relevant, and acceptance criteria.

Suggested Implementation

Document examples of incomplete changes, acceptable changes, required testing evidence, and reviewer expectations.
