Hi, I would like to work on this by extending the existing traceability table rather than adding a second audit template.

My planned approach:

1. Add explicit Implementation Evidence and Documentation Impact fields to the canonical guide and PR-template table.
2. Update the definitions, worked example, incomplete-criteria guidance, and contributor/self-review references so every criterion records the relevant evidence or a reasoned N/A.
3. Validate the Markdown tables, links, and all six issue acceptance criteria.

One boundary I will keep in mind: this will remain a documentation/template change, preserve the existing edge-case and status evidence, and avoid contract or workflow changes.

Does extending the existing canonical table this way align with what you want for the acceptance criteria audit?
