Error - Cannot walk on modded blocks - Fabric Modrinth Hosted Server 1.21.4

I had https://modrinth.com/mod/extra-ores-items installed. and i walked on cryoice, i proceeded to rubberband above and inside the block several times. until i removed the mod off my server completely.

How to replicate it if known

Step 1. Download the mod.
Step 2. Place cryoice infront of you.
Step 3. jump on it.
Step 4. theres the issue.

Yeah I apologize but modded block support still has a long way to go because of PacketEvents. I've been busy rewriting Grim to no longer depend on it.
