Make TriggerMineBlock async

We've been struggling with this lag for sometime now. While our server has almost 20 tps as always (only lowers once we hve 5 players mining at the same time), I want to suggest or maybe let you know that this keeps our server lagging

I remember you asking for spark profiler before to lessen the lag. However, we just recently noticed this so hopefully there are steps we can do to reduce this lag.
