Incompatibility with DeluxeMenus, NexoAddon, HMC Cosmetics

Describe the bug
Due to plugins shading Kotlin into their jar, some big plugins like NexoAddon, DeluxeMenus, HMC Cosmetics create errors and bugs and logs an error in the console.

[13:27:07 WARN]: [eco] NexoAddon will likely conflict with eco! Reason: Kotlin shaded into jar

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install one of these plugins with last version of eco installed
2. Load up the server
3. See error

Expected behavior
I would expect all the plugins to work correctly since they are not related in any way.

Server Information (please complete the following information):

• Version: 1.21 to 1.21.4 (tested in both version)
• Last version of eco

@WillFP Can you take a look at PR 402 since it seems to fixes the issues with DeluxeMenus. A simillar solution could be used for NexoAddon
