Quick summary

The scrollbar on wpcom/sites is hidden when the window is resized.

Suggestion

The scroll bar stays "stuck" to the right side of the browser window, so no matter what your browser's window is, you'll see the scrollbar.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open wpcom/sites (make sure you have a long list of sites, which shouldn't be a problem for a12s)
  2. Make browser window take up full laptop screen; Scroll and look for bar on right.
  3. Make browser window narrower than full laptop screen; Look at scrollbar disappear

What you expected to happen

When I visited wpcom/sites and was presented with a long list of sites, I would see a scroll bar on the right allowing me to judge how long the list is and keep track of where on the list I am.

What actually happened

The scrollbar is hidden when the browser window has a smaller width than the full laptop's screen size.
