https://wordpress.com/comments/all/ shows links to the post in the reader but no direct links to the regular/public URL:

We could add a secondary button to view the comment outside the Reader.

Admittedly, users can toggle their View to "Classic" and that will bring back direct links to the post, but we should add this option in Calypso anyway.
