Refactor layout to use CSS variables for panel widths

Replaces hardcoded widths for stage and inspector panels with CSS variables (--sw-stage-width and --sw-inspector-width) for improved flexibility and maintainability. Updates related styles and removes the 'Popular Tags' heading from the popular tags component.
