Feature Request: Push controls in Studio Sync to sync a theme, plugin, database (or part), and uploads separately

What

Great app, thank you 🙂.

It would be great when using Studio Sync to push to a paid plan to be able to push certain aspects of the site and not the entire site: a theme; a plugin; the database or tables within it; and uploads.

Why

I am often working on a site in tandem with a client. I tend to develop code locally and push to a staging site, whilst a client works on content on the staging site. Ideally I would like to be able to push themes and plugins independent of the database and content.
