Redirect if no session started

If there's not a session started, and the user goes to a mid-authentication link like https://app-deployment-example.com/login/ then no deployment can be found and the auth can't continue.

This can easily be resolved by automatically redirecting back to the app, forcing the user to perform the correct login procedure again.
