Chrome extension profile has different codes then another machine

Chrome extension profile has different codes then another machine with the same profile. I remove the code and readd with secret key. It removes from both machines (same profile) and then adds back but still has two different codes. I've synced time with Google. Chrome is up to date on both machines. I've uninstalled Google Chrome and removed browsing history.
Any help would be great. Thank you
