hello, im having an issue with creating items in the files. is there an option that i can add an item in game like im in game and i type an command or something to add an item to the files and then add the item to the drops?

Example:

I have an golden axe named Jerry with efficiency lvl 25 + a very long lore and i want it to drop from cobble so i type in a command to add it to the files and in the files i type in that cobble needs to drop the axe

Is there anything like that? And if there isnt then can it be added?
