Trying to get KVP values from a list results in a truncated list. Also, offset/max doesn’t seem to be honoured except in strange ways. Eg. https://lists.ala.org.au/ws/speciesListItems/dr2201?includeKVP=true returns 38 items for a 4200 element list, and trying things like https://lists.ala.org.au/ws/speciesListItems/dr2201?includeKVP=true&max=100&offset=0 only returns 10 elements.

Fixed in the release done earlier in the week.
