A SOLR index build has revealed issues with matching on some lists returning unexpected results

For dr785 and dr769:

The list items don’t appear to distinguish between previously matched family/kingdom and a supplied family/kingdom. So the request goes out as kingdom=Animalia, family=Rhipiduridae and scientificName=“Willie Wagtail”. A higher-order match is done on the higher order family and hilarity ensues.
