no scroll bar for states in grid view

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using the Attribute Editor in grid view.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

If the number of states is greater than that visible in the lower right pane, 
there should be a scroll bar or at least some indication that there are more 
states available.  Instead only those fitting within the current size of the 
pane are visible.  Resizing automatically fits it to the number of states for 
that character, but it seems that for characters with a large number of states 
this may become impractical; once resized, the pane also cannot be made smaller 
so that not all states are visible (one must select another character with 
fewer states to do so).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 1.0 (2022), downloaded January 25 2013, on Windows XP SP3.
