Cannot save project when editing - pop-up displaying

User reported an issue when editing the project info. see details - https://support.ehelp.edu.au/a/tickets/220968

The issue for this project was the scienceType has empty array value in the DB, it is because the "Type of science being undertaken" section is missing in the project edit info page.
