Forms with "&" (ampercent) in name and section name are not rendering

Two actions to do here

1. change the name of all forms with section name that has &.db.activityForm.find({"sections.name": /&/, status: "active"}). Use and instead of & on all BioCollect forms.
2. Migrate all existing data from old to new name.

Forms to rectify are from my local. Run above command on prod to see if there are more.

1. Rapid Appraisal of Riparian Condition (RARC). Form updated with correct name. Only output needs updating.
2. Nest Box Monitoring & Maintenance Form - Victoria. Form name and section name needs updated. Needs to update - project activity, activity and output.
3. Nest Box Monitoring & Maintenance Form - Knox City Council. Looks like this form is not public and not used in any survey. But change the form. Nothing else needs updating.
